Black Reinforced Webbing is sewn in the perimeter hem and down the center all with grommets spaced 12-inches apart for superior connection capabilities. The bottom includes a 4-inch tall open ended pocket for the addition of a weighted object such as a pipe or chain to weigh down and help keep in place.
